Have you found a vacancy that sparks your interest? Curious about what our application process looks like? We don’t treat applications as checklists, it’s a two-way introduction.

Here’s what that looks like at Zwart:

The steps in the process

First contact

Once you’ve applied for a role, we carefully review your application.

Within 3 working days, you’ll hear from us. If we see a potential match, we’ll reach out with a brief, 20-minute introductory call to connect.

First interview

You’ll meet your potential team lead. This is where we dive deeper into the role, the team and what you bring to the table.

Sometimes a future team member will join as well.

Second interview or Try-out day

Some roles include a second interview, often with HR or another team member.

For field or assembly positions, we may invite you to join for a try-out day. That way, you get a real feel for the job.

A joint decision Afterwards, we’ll discuss how it went and give you honest, clear feedback. But even more important: how did you feel about it?

A tailored offer

If we’re both enthusiastic, we’ll make you a personal offer, with all key employment terms clearly laid out.

We’ll go through everything together.
