To expand our project team, we are looking for a technical Senior Project Manager for our Data Center projects in Europe.

🔍 What do you put your energy into?

As Project Manager of Data Center projects, you take full responsibility for your projects: from initial handover to completion. You can distinguish main issues from details flawlessly and continuously monitor the overview. In a technically complex environment, you focus on the core of the project and ensure that goals remain clear and progress is achieved.

You are a strong discussion partner for both clients and internal specialists. You easily switch between different disciplines and dare to ask critical questions when necessary. You actively manage scope, budget, and planning, ensuring that agreements are clearly, realistically, and professionally documented. This creates calm, predictability, and trust within the project team and with the client.

Zwart works on large-scale projects such as a 46 MW standby power installation for a German data center. For this client, the team delivered an emergency power system with extremely high reliability and strict requirements in terms of safety, noise, and emissions. Executing and delivering a high-quality project is what drives you, and you want to be closely involved in this process so that you can ultimately deliver the project with pride.

Project management holds no secrets for you, allowing you to lead projects in a structured, active, and systematic manner. You do this not only from behind your desk but also by visiting project and client locations and speaking to the customer in their own environment.

  • HBO/WO level of education and preferably a completed technical degree, preferably in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering;

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a hands-on Project Manager in a technical environment. Affinity with (emergency) power is definitely a plus;

  • Proactive, energetic, and curious attitude;

  • Good command of the English language and preferably also in Dutch, both spoken and written.

  • Contract of at least 38 hours per week

  • Working under the Collective Labor Agreement for Metal & Technology - Technical Installation Company.
